Finite Element Analysis
Linear and non-linear finite element stress and deformation analyses are used where appropriate for design verification.

Reliability & Safety
Parts count and parts stress reliability prediction models, failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA) and fault tree analysis are used where appropriate for design verification.

Performance Simulation
A wide range of mathematical modelling techniques are used to provide product simulations in support of design. The simulations are created by Leafield's engineers using either proprietary software packages or high-level computing languages.
