Explosive Training

For over 20 Years Leafield Engineering has been organising short explosive training courses for industry and its own staff in conjunction with the Royal Military College of Science at Shrivenham. The courses are designed to provide students with an appreciation of :-

• Explosive technology
• Explosive legislation
• Explosive safety management

to satisfy the legal requirement for the appropriate level of knowledge and training as is necessary to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, their Health & Safety at work. In addition they are intended to be consistent with the Control of Explosive Regulations 1991.

All course attendees are provided with certificates of attendance and students are awarded a certificate if they achieve the necessary standard in a written examination.
